OUR SME OPPORTUNITIES

Author of Tests and Interview Guides
Our authors write test questions and interview guides used to evaluate and assist in hiring job candidates for technical positions. The publishing process is all on-line, so all work can be done remotely. Authors are recognized as experts in their field across the globe.

Validator and Reviewer
Validation and peer review team members work as a team to ensure that ReviewNet tests and interview guides meet the highest technical standards. The ReviewNet test development process is done on-line so SMEs can work anywhere they have internet access.

Interviewer
ReviewNet technical interviewers help our clients qualify their candidates in order to make the best hiring decisions. ReviewNet interviewers conduct interviews with job candidates over the phone for technical positions in their areas of specialty. Our interviewing opportunities also give you the chance to speak with hiring managers in your field.

Mentor / Consultant Expert
Our experts help our customers make decisions and improve staff performance by performing "micro-engagements" of consulting. These engagements might include answering technical questions, training staff, performing high spot audits - any type of assignment where the customer knows they have a problem and doesn't know the answer, and needs a dependable, qualified, honest professional they can trust.

If you have excellent communication skills and at least three years of technical experience, then apply at www.reviewnet.net/BecomeSME.htm. Maybe we have a spot for YOU on the ReviewNet SME team!
